Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You may not share your account or transfer it to another party
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

If you publish MCP servers on the Platform ("Publisher"), you agree to:

Content & Ownership

• You own or have the necessary rights to all content you publish
• You grant Dotmcp a license to host, display, and distribute your MCP servers
• You are solely responsible for the functionality and accuracy of your servers
• You must not publish content that infringes third-party intellectual property

Server Requirements

• Servers must comply with the MCP protocol specification
• Servers must not contain malicious code or security vulnerabilities
• Server descriptions must accurately represent functionality
• You must maintain reasonable uptime and performance for published servers

Monetization & Fees

Stripe Connect Requirements

• To receive payments, you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding
• You must comply with Stripe's Terms of Service and Connected Account Agreement
• You are responsible for all taxes on your earnings

If you subscribe to MCP servers on the Platform ("Subscriber"), you agree to:

API Usage

• Use API keys only for authorized purposes
• Not share, sell, or redistribute API keys
• Comply with rate limits and usage quotas of your subscription plan
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Report any API key compromise immediately

Billing & Payments

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscriptions
• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Overage charges (if applicable) are billed monthly in arrears
• All payments are processed by Stripe; you must maintain valid payment methods
• Refunds are subject to individual publisher policies and our discretion
• Non-payment may result in subscription suspension or termination

Cancellation

• You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law

You must not use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with Platform operations or security
• Scrape data or reverse engineer the Platform
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Platform for illegal activities

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Platform IP

The Platform, including its design, branding, code, and documentation, is owned by Dotmcp and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform materials without permission.

Publisher IP

Publishers retain ownership of their MCP server code and content. By publishing, you grant Dotmcp a non-exclusive license to host, cache, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Platform.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Platform, we may use it without obligation to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dotmcp, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) content you publish; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

• By You: You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud, or at our discretion with reasonable notice
• Effect: Upon termination, your access ends, but provisions regarding IP, indemnification, and limitations survive
• Data: We will delete your data per our Privacy Policy, except as required for legal or business purposes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law provisions
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts located in Romania
• You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class arbitrations
• Claims must be brought within one year of the cause of action arising

11. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign to affiliates or successors
• Notices: We may send notices to your registered email; you may contact us at the address below

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with changes, you should discontinue use and terminate your account.
